For RSB Rudolstädter Systembau GMBH, Rudolstadt (www.rsb-rudolstadt.de) a project-related enquiry was carried out to the topic "Architecture and living culture in earthquake endangered areas of Turkey". In the letter to Dr. Elke M. Geenen (2004-10-18) RSB is stressing her "very precise and detailed analysis of architecture and living culture in earthquake endangered regions of Turkey" which RSB "worked through and evaluated with much interest". "The presentation of different styles and sociological factors are substantial judgement criteria for us with respect to the acceptance of the construction system (steel framework style), which is planned by us, by different population strata. The enquiry results concerning building materials and architecture parameters have found their way ... into our test setups. Your analysis concerning administrative structures, the efficiency of local structural-steel construction and building contractors will represent an essential decision basis at later commercial use of the research results".
